Interaksi Journal is a popular, independent and original critical analysis portal from academics and the research community on domestic and foreign contemporary social and political issues, viewed from various communication science perspectives, including media policy and strategic communication.

It is published by the Master of Communication Science Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences,Universitas Diponegoro in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Communication Science Journal Managers (APJIKI) and the Indonesian Communication Graduate Association (ISKI). Thus, we only allow authors to write according to their field of expertise, which must be written in the form of research results.

In an effort to continue to contribute to the development of social and political sciences, the Interaksi journal of MIKOM UNDIP, which has been accredited by Dikti, will consistently publish manuscripts from contributors twice a year in June and December. Noted since 2012, the total scientific works that have been published until now are 163 manuscripts.

We believe in open and free access and flow of information, that the Interaksi Journal can be an open resource: it is free to read and free to share. Besides, it provides space for readers with sharp perspectives to improve the quality of public debate and discussion.

Currently, we are in the process of applying for national and international re-accreditation.
