This modul is the further development of the research result in female journalist leadership in the 4.0 media which had been carried out previously.

One of the research findings showed various styles of female journalist leadership in their resepctive media, which most of them led to the aspect of professionality and identity as journalist and women in achieving the objectives of the organization. They made a defense towards their fellow female journalists and women in general.

According to the research result, there had been a development for a community service module as it emphasized the effort to increase the gender conscious in media leadership among the female journalists in Semarang. Besides, there had to be a guidelines of the gender conscious leadership in the process of the editorial activities in the media.

The content of this book is devided into five learning activities. Namely, the Gender Oriented Media Leadership, Female Journalist Leadership, Female Journalist Leadership in Conventional Media, Alternative Media and Female Leadership in the Digital Era, as well as the Women, Technology and Gender Right in the Newsroom.
